Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that. However, I accept returns except for Birth Charts and interpretations. Simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I will also be happy to exchange the item unless it is a bespoke commission.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

As Birth Charts and interpretations are unique and time consuming to produce, I cannot accept exchanges or returns. Cancellations must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
