The Celestial Wedding Save The Date Cards are a lovely way to announce your upcoming wedding to guests, and to introduce them to your personal Celestial theme.

Traditionally these are sent out 8-10 months before your actual wedding. This gives guests plenty of time to make their own plans. It’s then only right to follow these up later on with your formal invitations.

Your design is classy and subtle – some people may think the design is random gold splashes, but it is so much more personal than that. These ‘splashes’ are in fact the stars for the day of your wedding (- or another date should you prefer). Set against a velvety deep blue background with the edge of a coudy nebula at one end, your stars will look really effective.

The Steampunk Astrologer is not set up as a printing service. Each design is available as a download. This leaves you much more free to choose the quality of paper/card etc, the number of prints and the printer(s) of your choice – or even print them at home! The gold stars are not gold foil but a very good representation of it. (Some printers may offer to print these using real gold foil.)

Your Celestial Wedding Save the Date cards are very likely going to be the first of your wedding stationery to show off your unique design. Obviously it’s vital that I get this right for you. I will check with you before sending any downloads.

I’ve used the classic size of 5 x 7 for this invitation, but have made the design landscape orientation. Apart from being slightly different, it also allows for more of your stars to be shown.
